Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberres
1/3 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup or other sweetener
juice of 1/2 a lemon
Instructions
add blueberries, chia, maple syrup, & lemon juice to a pot
let is cook on medium low heat. The berries will pop as they cook
mash with a fork or potato masher as it cooks
once it comes to a simmer, cook for about 5 minutes
let chill and refrigerate. The jam will set as it cools.
