Hearty, healthy, chickpea salad
10 minutes, that’s all you need!
Ingredients (for two)
1 can of chickpeas (or 1/2 cups of cooked)
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1/4 sweet onion (minced)
1/3 cup Honey dijon dressing (or store bought)
Instructions
drain and rinse canned chickpeas
add chickpeas and all the other ingredients to a bowl
toss & enjoy
